Game Rules:
11 Teams to compete: Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong & Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport

1) Number of Players: Maximum 15 players per Team
2) Basis: 5 on 5 full court match
3) Game Duration: Group/ Playoff: Two quarters, 10 minutes each, stop clock at last minute of 2nd quarter.
3rd Place/ Final: Four quarters, 10 minutes each, stop clock at last 2 minutes of 4th quarter.
4) Break Time: Group/ Playoff: 2 minutes break in between each quarter.
3rd Place/ Final: 2 minutes break in between each quarter; 5 minutes break for half-time.
5) Time-out: Group/ Playoff: One 1 minute time-out per quarter; maximum 35 minutes per match.
3rd Place/ Final: Two 1 minute time-out in 1st half and three 1 minute time-out in 2nd half.
Only two 1 minute time-out are available in last 2 minutes of 4th quarter.
6) Competition: Grouping: Separate 11 teams into 4 groups;
Group A: 3 Teams;
Group B: 3 Teams;
Group C: 3 Teams;
Group D: 2 Teams.
Group Match:
Group A, B and C play single cycle; Group D plays against each other twice to get maximum points.
2 points for Winner; and 1 point for Loser;
1st seed of each group will enter playoff.
“Golden free throw” for any tied game.
Playoff:
Game 1 – Group A 1st seed vs Group C 1st seed
Game 2 – Group B 1st seed vs Group D 1st seed
Game 3 (2nd Runner-up) – Game 1 Loser vs Game 2 Loser
Game 4 (Final) – Game 1 Winner vs Game 2 Winner
5 minutes overtime will be applied for tied game in 3rd Place/ Final.
“Golden free throw” will be applied for tied after 5 minutes overtime.
7) Team Arrangement: Lots will be drawn for teams’ allocation on D-day by Captains.
8) Jersey: Each team has their own jersey with players number clearly displayed.
9) Assembly Time: All players must report to Main Counter for registration 30 minutes before game starts
with their hotel Staff ID.
10) Prizes: Team :
Champion – Cash prize HK$5,000;
1st Runner up – Cash prize HK$3,000;
2nd Runner up – Cash prize HK$1,000.
